Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive which can be found at

returns@collaroaudio.co.uk) or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you. Your refund will be paid within 30 days. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

Security, the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR)All details in the Collaro Audio online ordering process are fully encrypted, no matter which browser or browser version you are using. Your order details are sent to us and through a 'secure session' using the highest levels of encryption. This is achieved with 128-bit SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) that encrypts your data, which is then transmitted securely over the Internet.
We hold only the data you provide during the purchasing process - which is necessary for us to send you your order - and do not hold any credit/debit card information. The online system also holds your login account details for this website (if you created one) but we cannot see the password you created at the time you created your account. That is encrypted and held within the online system database.
We keep your order details for 7 years (the time limit requested by HMRC for business archives) and only store it on fully digitally encrypted discs. You may request that we delete your data at any time and we are happy to do so however we would need to keep your purchase transaction ID, details of the goods ordered and amount of the transaction so that we may refer to it if requested to do so at any time by legal or financial authorities.
